Ed Cooper has devoted his entire career to representing people who have been injured by large corporations. He represents construction workers who work under dangerous conditions; people who have been forced to accept substandard medical care; and countless individuals who have been mistreated by insurance companies and their clients looking to maintain a profit. Ed is fearless in using the courtroom to expose the truth and help the jury correct the wrong.
Ed handles a variety of cases, including medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, highway design and motor vehicle accidents. His efforts have resulted in multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars. He has been recognized as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in New York State by the National Trial Lawyers and as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. In addition to trying cases, Ed has authored and argued successful appeals before the Appellate Divisions of the State of New York. He lectures on trial practice before the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Bronx County Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and Hofstra University School of Law. When not working, Ed spends time with his wife and three children and races Ironman Triathlons.
